Wholesome Revolution: Multi-Grain Sushi
We are proud to be the first sushi company to introduce the American public to this deliciously wholesome take on sushi!
For years, Japanese chefs have been mixing different grains with rice, to give their dishes an extra-nutritious boost, and a heartier flavor and texture than just plain white rice. But it’s very rare to find multi-grain rice at a sushi restaurant! Since our customers appreciate the benefits of nutrient-rich, all-natural ingredients, we created Multi-Grain Sushi. And people are loving it! The red bean gives the rice its naturally pinkish color. Black and white sesame add a hint of ‘smokiness,’ while corn, barley and black soybean give it texture and ‘crunch.’ When paired with our all-natural, fresh sushi ingredients, it’s a combination that works!
