PRIZE:
The prize for this promotion is a chance to win $100 Whole Foods Market® gift card. The sweepstakes will run from July 9, 2008 and end at 11:59pm on August 31, 2008. One winner from all of the participating Genji Express locations will be selected in a random drawing among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The drawing will take place on September 13th, 2008. The winners will be notified by e-mail promptly after the drawing. All federal, state and local taxes (if any), and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the full and sole responsibility of the winner. Prize consists of only the item specifically named as the prize.
ELIGIBILITY:
This sweepstakes is offered only to persons 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Void where prohibited by law. Eligibility is limited to one entry per person. If multiple entries are received, only one entry will be considered and additional entries will be disqualified. The winner will be required to sign and return to Genji an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and publicity release.
PRIVACY:
All names, addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses will be kept confidential and will not be shared with or sold to any other persons or organizations. You will not be contacted in any way as a result of your participation unless you are the winner.
